- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. They should be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

- Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges:


- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items of the same or higher value, subject to availability. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

- Process: To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team to discuss your request and receive exchange instructions.

- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Diana will cover the shipping cost for sending out the replacement item.


Non-Returnable Items:

- Products marked as final sale
